2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an online form and payment, and signing our service agreement, you accept these terms.

3. Services

We provide website solutions as described at https://www.fortewebsolutions.co.uk/smart-websites-services

4. Payment Terms

Setup fees are paid upfront.

Monthly billing applies thereafter.

After 3 missed payments, your account will be suspended.

5. Delivery Times

Website delivery depends on project size. Time frames will be agreed with the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

Website content and imagery

Domain access and login credentials

Delays in providing these may impact project timelines.

7. Ownership & IP

The client owns the completed website and content. Ownership and release of files/data are provided upon completion of a one-year contract term.

8. Cancellation

Hosting is contracted for one year. After this period, clients may cancel with written notice. No refunds are given for partial use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
